Known for its innovative approach to culinary excellence, the company invests in both its guests and its team members to ensure lasting relationships and continuous growth. Its fast-paced, collaborative workplace encourages creative problem-solving and values the contributions of each employee, promoting a culture of respect and opportunity.
We are currently seeking a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager to join our dynamic team at P.F. Chang’s. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year based on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support personal and professional growth. The Operating Partner will be a key leader responsible for spearheading restaurant operations, driving sales growth through innovative strategies, and ensuring unwavering commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
In this leadership role, the Operating Partner will cultivate a strong culture of integrity, innovation, and hospitality within the restaurant environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, demonstrating a passion for exceptional guest experiences and the ability to lead by example. You will leverage your deep understanding of the local market to identify revenue opportunities and implement sales-driving initiatives while maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and operational efficiency. As a role model, you will inspire and develop your management team through coaching, training, and performance feedback, fostering a motivated and cohesive team committed to the brand's values and guest-centric philosophy.
The position offers exciting opportunities for professional development, including paid management training programs and a strong commitment to promoting from within. By joining P.F. Chang's, you become part of a supportive community that values your contributions and provides financial assistance during hardships through the Lucky Cat Fund. Additionally, the role is designed for individuals with a proactive mindset, capable of managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from guest engagement to financial oversight, including inventory control and cost management. You will be expected to utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and EBITDA targets to drive continuous improvement and long-term success.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience, including recent General Manager tenure for external hires. The Operating Partner must possess a valid driver’s license due to duties that include providing shift coverage, managing catering deliveries, making supply runs, participating in local marketing efforts, and traveling between restaurant locations. Experience in casual or upscale dining, along with hospitality or business degrees, and culinary operations management are highly preferred. If you are ready to take the next step in your career with a brand that celebrates life, family, and food, and you want to make a meaningful impact by leading through passion and innovation, apply today to become a vital part of the P.F. Chang's team.
