Job Requirements

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Demonstrated success mentoring and coaching individuals
  • Understanding of inventory management and financial control
  • Proficiency in POS and corporate software systems

Job Qualifications

  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Proven leadership abilities and strong team management skills
  • Demonstrated sales growth and achievement of KPI and EBITDA targets
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members for professional development
  • Strong financial acumen including inventory, cost control, and P&L management
  • Proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, delivery platforms, and reservation systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
  • Hospitality or business degree preferred
  • Culinary and kitchen operations management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen through financial analysis and responsiveness to market trends
  • Foster an ownership mindset within the team using KPIs and EBITDA targets to drive improvement
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking
  • Develop and train management team members while maintaining culinary and hospitality standards
  • Inspire and motivate the team through training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Encourage exploration of new ideas and calculated risks to drive success
