This role is for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) who will play a pivotal leadership role in the success of the restaurant location. The RGM is entrusted with leading the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, meet and exceed sales and profit targets, and uphold rigorous compliance with all company and brand standards. The General Manager acts as the key leader responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring uniform standards, professional appearance, and company policies such as no cellphone use during work hours are consistently enforced. This is a full-time leadership position that requires a dynamic professional with a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and team development.

The Restaurant General Manager oversees various operational areas including food preparation, service quality, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations. A major part of this role is driving a vibrant culture within the restaurant by training, mentoring, and developing the team members to reach their full potential while promoting a positive and cooperative work environment. They are entrusted with recruitment, training, performance reviews, and daily communication with staff to ensure business goals and brand quality standards are continuously met.

Financial management is another critical responsibility—controlling labor, food costs, and other expenses to meet budget goals and maximize profitability. The RGM ensures detailed reports on sales, inventory, and cash handling are accurately completed at all times. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of this role. The RGM guarantees every customer receives exceptional service and quality products, proactively addressing feedback to maintain and boost repeat business. Compliance with safety, sanitation, and security procedures is diligently maintained, and the restaurant is always prepared for inspections.

This position requires a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle for transportation, active car insurance, and basic computer skills. It also demands availability to relocate if business needs require and the ability to pass ongoing performance evaluations consistently. As the face of the restaurant, the RGM leads by example with high standards in all aspects of operations, ensuring that guests are greeted warmly, orders are taken efficiently, upselling techniques are implemented, and customers leave with a positive impression that encourages return visits.
