Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- previous restaurant experience desirable
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ServSafe certification
- open availability for various shifts
- ability to pass background check and drug test
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- strong problem-solving and reasoning ability
- knowledge of cash control and labor scheduling
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to work in various environmental conditions
- knowledge of safety and health regulations
- basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- checks product quality and communicates with customers and assures availability
- effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handling of complaints
- conducts meetings with team members and management team for planning, training, and reviewing operations and procedures
- develops and maintains an acceptable level of sales and utilizes local store marketing
- monitors utilities, supplies, and other costs to minimize impact
- analyzes profits and loss statements and takes corrective action
- follows proper food preparation and serving procedures
- controls restaurant inventory
- uses company-approved labor guidelines and posts labor schedules
- manages restaurant cash control by making daily bank deposits
- ensures timely reporting of accidents and incidents
- maintains a safe work environment and achieves high health department ratings
- maintains professional restaurant and team image
- communicates hiring, promotions, and changes in employee status to District Manager
- processes payroll accordingly
- maintains applicant tracking
- conducts performance reviews and documents disciplinary actions
- maintains personnel files and required posters
- utilizes a preventive maintenance system for building and equipment repairs
- attends scheduled meetings by District Manager
- performs administrative paperwork as required
