Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Manage and motivate a team of over 30 staff members to achieve performance goals
- Oversee adherence to food safety, food quality, and presentation standards
- Implement effective time management strategies to maintain workflow efficiency
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive the restaurant's growth objectives and support expansion plans
- Monitor inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
