Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Serv Safe certified
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Flexible and able to adjust to changing demands and priorities
- Pass background check and drug test as required
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers to assure availability
- Effectively train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- Conduct meetings with team members and management team for planning, training, and reviewing operations
- Develop and maintain acceptable sales levels
- Utilize local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and other cost categories to minimize impact
- Analyze profits and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow proper procedures and specifications in food preparation and service
- Control restaurant inventory through established systems
- Use company approved labor guidelines
- Develop and post labor schedules
- Adjust labor to changes in sales volume
- Manage restaurant cash control and make daily bank deposits
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Report accidents and incidents to Risk Management
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Achieve high health department ratings
- Ensure restaurant and team image through cleanliness and uniform standards
- Keep District Manager informed of staffing changes
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Utilize preventive maintenance system
- Attend meetings scheduled by District Manager
- Perform required administrative paperwork
