The company values innovation, diversity, and inclusion, fostering a workplace culture that celebrates teamwork and personal growth. KFC is committed to equity, inclusion, and belonging, making it not just a workplace but a community where employees can thrive and build rewarding careers.

As the Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you will play a pivotal role in steering the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant while leading, inspiring, and developing a dynamic team. This leadership role is perfect for individuals passionate about people management and customer service excellence. You will be responsible for handpicking and training the best crew to deliver outstanding customer experiences that set the gold standard for the brand. Your leadership will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and orienting top-performing team members and shift supervisors, ensuring that the team is well-prepared, motivated, and aligned with the company’s values.

The role goes beyond just managing daily operations; it centers on cultivating a vibrant, optimistic, and rewarding culture that encourages career growth and continuous performance improvement. By mentoring assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers, you will oversee comprehensive training programs and spearhead development initiatives designed to empower employees. Recognizing and rewarding outstanding team member performance will be a key part of your strategy to foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging within the restaurant.

As the restaurant’s leader, you will also handle conflict resolution swiftly and efficiently to maintain a positive work environment. Your direct engagement with customers will ensure any issues are resolved promptly, reinforcing KFC’s commitment to outstanding customer service. You will strategically schedule staff to optimize service levels and coach the management team on KFC’s brand standards. Leading product rollout meetings and keeping the team informed on new policies and initiatives will be crucial in maintaining the restaurant’s competitive edge.

Financial management is another critical aspect of the role. You will analyze the restaurant’s financial performance, manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining an excellent customer experience. Your ability to stay informed about competitor activities, including their digital presence and loyalty programs, will help in positioning KFC as the leader in the quick-service restaurant market.

Overall, this is a highly rewarding opportunity for experienced restaurant managers looking to advance their careers within a globally recognized brand. KFC’s strong emphasis on career development, inclusion, and employee well-being makes it an ideal workplace for those who want to make a meaningful impact and grow professionally in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
