- 5+ years of successfully running high-volume upscale food focused restaurants
- Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences

- Strong problem resolution skills and proactive team support
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to navigate important conversations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing high-volume upscale restaurants

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Experience with financial management and event coordination
Job Duties
- Lead with passion to foster a positive and motivated team
- Nurture staff development to meet organizational goals
