Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts
  • Must comply with all government regulations and company policies
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferably two years of college education
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts
  • Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability by actively overseeing P&L and financial outcomes
  • Drive sales through excellent guest service, people development, and operations management
  • Lead and motivate team to exceed guest expectations with friendly and efficient service
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Engage with the local community and execute marketing initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Manage labor scheduling and enforce compliance with policies and regulations
  • Ensure operational and brand standards are met
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed
