Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts
- Must comply with all government regulations and company policies
- Proven leadership skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferably two years of college education
- One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts
- Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability by actively overseeing P&L and financial outcomes
- Drive sales through excellent guest service, people development, and operations management
- Lead and motivate team to exceed guest expectations with friendly and efficient service
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Engage with the local community and execute marketing initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Manage labor scheduling and enforce compliance with policies and regulations
- Ensure operational and brand standards are met
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed
