The General Manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for the comprehensive management and successful operation of a single store. This role requires an experienced professional capable of leading a diverse team comprising assistant managers, kitchen managers, shift leaders, cooks, and front-of-house staff. Other important duties include managing inventory and supply chain activities, placing orders with suppliers, negotiating pricing, and sustaining relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in relevant restaurant management software
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a general manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
