Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in relevant restaurant management software
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
- Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- Experience with inventory management and supplier relations
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Job Duties
- Recruit train and lead restaurant staff including assistant manager kitchen manager shift leader cook kitchen and front of house staff
- Create a positive inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork respect and strong work ethic
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality among staff
- Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team
- Lead by example and set high professionalism and customer-focus standards
