The General Manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for the comprehensive management and successful operation of a single store. This role requires an experienced professional capable of leading a diverse team comprising assistant managers, kitchen managers, shift leaders, cooks, and front-of-house staff. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in relevant restaurant management software
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations
