Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to lift heavy objects (25-85 pounds)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good hearing within normal range
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to read and comprehend menus, manuals and training aids
- Manual dexterity for packing food containers and cleaning
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Willingness to maintain safety around high temperature equipment and boiling liquids

Job Duties
- Ownership of your restaurant's success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
- Lead the guest experiences in your restaurant that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
- Lead communications of your team’s goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc
- Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
- Reviewing and submitting payroll
- Completing employee new hire paperwork
- Completing employee change forms and termination forms
- Ensure the store is operated in a safe and clean manner at all times
- Ensure work schedules are adequate to meet customer service requirements but are also cost effective
- Ensure that the store is operated in compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Daily record keeping of the store financial and production activities
- Maintaining documentation as specified by their Area Coach, Director of Operations and Human Resources
