This includes managing pricing, POS system updates, comps, voids, and discounts with full accountability. Promptly and professionally resolving guest feedback and special requests, including support for private dining and VIP events, will be a vital aspect of the role.

Compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, is mandatory, and the Manager will partner with Facilities and Environmental Services to maintain a venue that is consistently guest-ready. The position requires strong leadership, financial and operational discipline, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods to meet the demands of the business environment.
