Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous General Manager experience running high-volume restaurant locations preferred
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Department Managers to improve departmental and overall restaurant performance
  • Hire and train Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team
  • Monitor and follow up on the progress of departmental goals
  • Provide direction and support to meet customer expectations and business targets
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports teamwork and growth
