Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume restaurant locations preferred
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Commitment to maintaining McDonald's strict standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant or similar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in hiring and developing management personnel
- Ability to set goals and execute plans to achieve business objectives
- Knowledge of operational standards in quality, service, and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Department Managers to improve departmental and overall restaurant performance
- Hire and train Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team
- Monitor and follow up on the progress of departmental goals
- Provide direction and support to meet customer expectations and business targets
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports teamwork and growth
