The role being offered is that of a Restaurant General Manager, which is a pivotal position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will manage labor scheduling, inventory control, and financial tracking, including profit and loss accountability. This role requires strong leadership skills to recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, conducting performance appraisals and creating action plans for continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, cash control, security procedures, and delivering exceptional guest service.
