Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods

- Proven ability to manage financial operations and budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare world-famous chicken following KFC secret recipe
- Execute day-to-day restaurant operations including labor scheduling and ordering supplies
- Ensure food safety and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage profit and loss accountability through cash control, inventory, labor management, and reviewing financial reports
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, mentor, and develop team members
- Conduct performance appraisals and develop action plans
- Lead with integrity and live ARN core values every day
