Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • ability to create a great place to work for the team
  • strong customer service orientation
  • honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
  • vision for the perfect restaurant and ability to lead a team to achieve it
  • high personal and professional standards
  • willingness to embrace challenges
  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation not using public transport
  • desire to learn and grow
