The SONIC Drive-In located at 600 W Bus Hwy 77, San Benito, TX, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the team and oversee all daily operations at this location. As the General Manager, you will hold the highest management role within the Drive-In, responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a SuperSONIC experience every visit through quality food, efficient service, and maintaining an upbeat atmosphere. Your leadership will be central to the smooth functioning of the restaurant, employee development, and ensuring the business meets its financial goals.
In this role, you will be tasked with hiring, training, managing, and supervising staff, fostering an environment that encourages professionalism and teamwork.
