Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding Team Member performance regularly
  • Address and resolve conflicts promptly
  • Personally engage with customers to resolve issues
  • Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
  • Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and develop profitability strategies
