Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • possess high school diploma or GED
  • have at least 5 years experience as a General Manager in a full service restaurant environment
  • successfully completed Food Safety and Sanitation training
  • hold a valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to employment
  • possess strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality
  • demonstrate excellent organizational, planning, communication, and leadership skills
  • able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • willing to complete all required training without compensation
  • adhere to all workplace diversity and equal employment opportunity policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 5 years full service restaurant General Manager experience in a complex fast-paced environment
  • completed Food Safety and Sanitation training
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • strong knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
  • proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • excellent operational skills in customer service and hospitality
  • effective coaching and leadership skills
  • intermediate math skills
  • excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • handle confidential and sensitive information
  • manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant team
  • oversee performance management processes

  • ensure guest service and atmosphere meet company standards
  • maintain food and beverage quality
  • manage menu and product launches
