Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- possess high school diploma or GED
- have at least 5 years experience as a General Manager in a full service restaurant environment
- successfully completed Food Safety and Sanitation training
- hold a valid ServSafe alcohol certification prior to employment
- possess strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality
- demonstrate excellent organizational, planning, communication, and leadership skills
- able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- willing to complete all required training without compensation
- adhere to all workplace diversity and equal employment opportunity policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 5 years full service restaurant General Manager experience in a complex fast-paced environment
- completed Food Safety and Sanitation training
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- strong knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Excel
- strong organizational and planning skills
- excellent operational skills in customer service and hospitality
- effective coaching and leadership skills
- intermediate math skills
- excellent oral and written communication abilities
- ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- handle confidential and sensitive information
- manage changing priorities
