Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management
  • At least 2 years in leadership role
  • Proven financial management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop strategies to improve guest retention and dining experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen team on menu development
