Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferred two years of college education
  • One to two years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant profit and loss to achieve financial goals
  • Drive sales through guest service, team development, and operational excellence
  • Motivate and guide team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and efficient service
  • Oversee guest experience and promptly address feedback and issues
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of restaurant staff
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve team capabilities
  • Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards
