Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred two years of college education
- One to two years of restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work effectively
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant profit and loss to achieve financial goals
- Drive sales through guest service, team development, and operational excellence
- Motivate and guide team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and efficient service
- Oversee guest experience and promptly address feedback and issues
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of restaurant staff
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve team capabilities
- Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards
