As a Restaurant General Manager, the individual will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest experience is welcoming, memorable, and exceeds expectations.

The responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager encompass leading and inspiring a team, developing staff through training and coaching, and maintaining the highest standards in food quality and presentation. This position requires a strong business acumen to manage financial performance, control costs, and implement effective marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Additionally, the manager will ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, making guest safety and satisfaction a top priority.

With a focus on culinary excellence and top-notch service, the Restaurant General Manager will play a critical role in shaping the restaurant’s reputation and success. The ideal candidate will bring previous supervisory and management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with scheduling, payroll, and labor management. Familiarity with MICROS POS systems and certifications such as TIPS or CARE is highly preferred, alongside a flexible schedule that includes both AM and PM shifts.
