- Minimum of 3 years restaurant general manager experience
- Full-service dining with bar management experience
- Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to interact with executives, union representatives, and diverse team members
- Proven conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
