Unlike Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates, this position is directly with an independent business owner who operates the franchise. Each franchisee is autonomous in setting wages and benefits, which may vary from one location to another. Working with a franchisee means you are employed directly by the franchise owner, not the corporate Taco Bell entity.   • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
