As a Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell under the Flynn Group umbrella, you hold a pivotal leadership role responsible for the entire operational and financial performance of a multi-million dollar business unit. This important role requires you to lead your team by example, inspiring them to embrace the Taco Bell spirit of "Live Mas" each day. You will be tasked with maintaining operational excellence by ensuring top-quality service standards and rigorous employee training programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the restaurant's performance, from guest experience to staff development, ensuring that the restaurant maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
