Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
- Develop and oversee training plans for assistant managers, shift supervisors, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly
- Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
- Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability
- Lead coaching on brand standards and product rollout meetings
