The role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Taco Bell is a cornerstone position that requires leadership, passion, and a strategic mindset. Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads
  • develop a comprehensive training plan

  • recognize and reward outstanding Team Member performance regularly
