Four Seasons is a globally recognized luxury hospitality company renowned for its commitment to exceptional service, exquisite accommodations, and unforgettable guest experiences. Established as a leader in the luxury hotel and resort industry, Four Seasons exemplifies a culture powered by its people — a diverse collective of passionate individuals who strive to achieve excellence and foster genuine human connections. The organization emphasizes the importance of a world-class employee experience as the foundation that enables its team members worldwide to deliver extraordinary luxury experiences with heart and authenticity. With a presence in major cities and resort destinations around the globe, Four Seasons continues to set the standard for premium hospitality by combining attentive service with sophisticated comfort and style.
At the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, this ethos comes alive in an urban sanctuary located on the residential side of Brickell. This hotel offers guests a unique blend of metropolitan energy and tropical relaxation, featuring a spacious two-acre pool terrace, a high-end Equinox Fitness Center and Spa, and an impressive multi-million dollar art collection. Situated near Miami’s lively cultural, dining, and entertainment scenes, the hotel provides insider access to the most vibrant city experiences, making it a favorite destination for luxury travelers.
The Hotel is currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager who embodies the passion for excellence and leadership necessary to exceed guest expectations in a luxury environment. This role calls for an energetic leader who commands respect, motivates staff, and embraces the Four Seasons values of culture and service. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operation, strategic planning, and execution of the restaurant and bar outlets within the hotel, specifically EDGE and NUNA. This position demands a hands-on approach, with the manager visible within daily operations, providing coaching and mentorship, fostering positive guest interactions, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
The successful candidate will have the authority and skills to lead all restaurant staff in delivering exceptional service, handle guest concerns with diplomacy, and cultivate lasting relationships with both regular and new guests. They will also act as the food and beverage division lead in the absence of the Director, working collaboratively with other departmental heads such as the Executive Chef, Event Operations Director, and In-Room Dining Manager to ensure cohesive and seamless service across all food and beverage outlets.
Four Seasons Hotel Miami offers a workplace culture rooted in inclusiveness and employee development. The company provides comprehensive training and career growth opportunities, a supportive environment that encourages authenticity and individuality, as well as employee engagement events. The role also comes with competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. This is a full-time position requiring US work authorization. Four Seasons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, inviting minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to apply.
