A minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required, demonstrating basic educational foundations. The job includes managing staffing needs, assisting in budget decisions, overseeing inventory control, providing training focused on key Taco Bell systems, and conducting employee performance evaluations. The ability to remain calm during stressful situations and attention to detail are pivotal for success in this role.
Additional requirements include possessing a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle for occasional company business, and current liability insurance.
