Restaurant General Manager

This position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an independent business owner operating under the well-known Taco Bell brand but separate from Taco Bell Corporation and its affiliates. The franchisee operates its own restaurant(s), setting unique wages and benefits which might vary compared to corporate standards. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient internal functioning of the Taco Bell restaurant by upholding the core philosophy centered on quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality, collectively known as CHAMPS. Implementing the Taco Bell LAST system is also a key component to successfully managing daily operations. This position involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including employee management, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
