The role of Restaurant General Manager at Habit Burger & Grill represents a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant's daily operations. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $24 to $31 per hour along with bonus opportunities and a host of attractive benefits. The General Manager will lead and coordinate the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and consistent delivery of high-quality food and service. Job Requirements
- 2-4 year of experience in related food service management position preferred
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Food Manager Certification and or ServSafe Manager Certificate required
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings conferences and training
Job Qualifications

- 2-4 years experience in related food service management preferred

Job Duties
- Recruiting hiring and onboarding of FOH and BOH team members
- Conduct and supervise the training and development of FOH and BOH team members
- Uphold food preparation specifics by ensuring standard operational procedures are followed
- Communicate train and coach team members and shift leaders on changes to procedures or products
- Conduct succession planning one-on-ones with designated team members
- Ensure compliance with safety sanitation hygiene appearance and uniform standards
- Manage daily operations of restaurant shifts
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Ensure food quality and availability
- Maintain cleanliness organization and stocking in all areas
- Assist in the development of team members
- Maintain and build sales
- Conduct and manage inventory
- Place food orders and process invoices
- Track and manage labor and food costs
- Assist in preparing work schedules
- Manage daily operations of opening closing and mid shifts
- Maintain restaurant equipment and request repairs
- Maintain food safety personal safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor adherence to labor laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
