Maintaining safety and cleanliness in the restaurant at all times is paramount, as is ensuring that staffing schedules meet customer service needs without compromising cost-efficiency. You will be responsible for accurate daily record-keeping of financial and production activities and maintaining proper documentation as directed by Area Coaches, Directors of Operations, and Human Resources. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant supervision or management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Physical ability to lift 25-85 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Hearing within normal range
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic reading ability
- Manual dexterity for packing food and cleaning

- Grow and mentor your KFC family through training, development and onboarding new team members
- Lead communications of your team's goals, upcoming promotions, business updates, etc
- Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward
- Reviewing and submitting payroll
