We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who embodies a strong customer service focus, a passion for achieving results, and a commitment to team development. Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to meet performance standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve any customer complaints effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Handle employee scheduling and labor cost management
  • Oversee cash handling and financial reporting for the store
