It is important to clarify that you are applying to work with a franchisee, an independent business owner licensed to operate Taco Bell restaurants, rather than Taco Bell Corporation or any of its affiliates. The franchisee is your sole employer and operates autonomously in setting wages, benefits, and work policies, which can vary significantly from one franchisee to another.
