Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage multiple shifts independently
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage all shifts without supervision
  • Food safety certification as per state or local requirements
  • Advanced studies in business restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
  • Implement company-defined employee orientation and training programs
  • Ensure positive and motivating work environment
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
  • Utilize constructive discipline and proper documentation
  • Maintain communication channels and resolve employee issues
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through leadership and complaint resolution
  • Manage restaurant financial controllables including labor food supplies and cash handling
  • Conduct audits and maintain all company assets
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • Implement marketing programs and plan staffing according to traffic patterns
  • Communicate operational variances and employee issues to district management
