Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple shifts independently
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Recruit train and develop assistant managers shift managers and team members
- Implement company-defined employee orientation and training programs
- Ensure positive and motivating work environment
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Utilize constructive discipline and proper documentation
- Maintain communication channels and resolve employee issues
- Ensure guest satisfaction through leadership and complaint resolution
- Manage restaurant financial controllables including labor food supplies and cash handling
- Conduct audits and maintain all company assets
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- Implement marketing programs and plan staffing according to traffic patterns
- Communicate operational variances and employee issues to district management
