Job Requirements

  • minimum of eight years of experience in food and beverage
  • at least five years leading a food and beverage team
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexible availability to meet demands of a 24-hour operation
  • ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
  • understanding of financial management and guest service excellence
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of eight years of experience in food and beverage within an upscale luxury environment
  • at least five years of leadership experience managing a food and beverage team
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • proven track record of guest and team member engagement
  • expertise in operational and financial management
  • experience with 24-hour operation management
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • oversee daily operations of restaurant to ensure high standards of service and quality
  • develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency
  • manage budgets and financial performance including cost control and revenue growth
  • recruit, train, and mentor team members fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • resolve guest issues promptly maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction
