Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance for driving-required positions
- ability to lead and develop a team effectively
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks
- ability to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- proven ability to manage multiple shifts without supervision
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and manage inventory
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for roles requiring driving
Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management
- adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
- ensure 100% compliance with company and government regulations
- recruit, train, and develop management and staff
- conduct timely performance reviews and employee communications
- lead the restaurant team to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- manage financial controllables including labor, inventory, cash handling, and audits
- maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- implement marketing programs and optimize shift planning
- monitor and report operational variances and employee issues
- ensure proper opening, closing, and security procedures
- establish strong customer and vendor relationships
