Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance for driving-required positions
  • ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks
  • ability to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • proven ability to manage multiple shifts without supervision
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze reports and manage inventory
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for roles requiring driving
