Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance for driving-required positions
  • ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks
  • ability to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • proven ability to manage multiple shifts without supervision
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze reports and manage inventory
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for roles requiring driving

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent operations management
  • adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • ensure 100% compliance with company and government regulations
  • recruit, train, and develop management and staff
  • conduct timely performance reviews and employee communications
  • lead the restaurant team to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • manage financial controllables including labor, inventory, cash handling, and audits
  • maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • implement marketing programs and optimize shift planning
  • monitor and report operational variances and employee issues
  • ensure proper opening, closing, and security procedures
  • establish strong customer and vendor relationships
