As a Restaurant General Manager at Mitra QSR, you will play a pivotal role in managing three essential components of the business: employees, customers, and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, cultivating and retaining a motivated team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe restaurant environment. The quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector demands a balance of speed, quality, and excellent customer service, and you will lead by example to meet these performance standards.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive and collaborative workplace where employees feel valued and motivated. You will mentor and inspire your team to deliver great service, promote operational excellence, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Additionally, you will manage the financial performance of the restaurant by understanding and overseeing its Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring the business meets its financial goals in alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
