This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee of Taco Bell, a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain known for its specialty Mexican-inspired cuisine. Unlike positions directly with Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates, this role is strictly with a local franchise owner, who operates as an independent business entity. This means the franchisee, not Taco Bell Corporation, will be the sole employer responsible for setting the wage and benefit programs, which can vary. The establishment is part of a dynamic industry that focuses on delivering fast, quality food and excellent customer service in a bustling restaurant environment.
The role is for a Restaurant Manager tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned Taco Bell restaurant location. The principal objective of this position is to uphold the established standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality, collectively known within the company as CHAMPS, alongside adherence to the LAST system, which outlines operational procedures and customer service expectations. This position is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction through leadership, management, and operational expertise.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, which includes daily operations, staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation. This position demands a hands-on leader capable of managing employees while also performing customer service duties. The role requires ensuring that food quality meets Taco Bell's rigorous standards while managing inventory, staffing appropriately, and enforcing safety regulations. Furthermore, the manager will handle decision-making responsibilities related to budgeting, staffing, and ensuring continual compliance with company policies.
In this role, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively guide employees and provide a positive experience to customers. The capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and with attention to detail is crucial. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining communication tools such as a telephone and must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for company-related travel. Because the franchise operates independently, the salary and benefits package will be determined by the franchisee and may differ from those offered by corporate Taco Bell outlets.

Job Requirements

- Report any needed equipment and/or facilities repair to the Maintenance Department
