Job Duties

  • Drive excellence in customer service
  • Maintain company standards in product and facility specifications
  • Supervise food handling procedures and operational processes
  • Exercise financial control to meet profit margin targets
  • Select, train, develop, and motivate employees
  • Perform hands-on operational work to train employees and address customer needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and track service performance
  • Develop and execute the restaurant annual operating plan
  • Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and other controllables
  • Train subordinates on financial analysis and profitability
  • Manage facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Monitor inventory and food preparation to meet standards
  • Establish and monitor speed with service targets
  • Oversee scheduling for management and crew
  • Direct all restaurant-level HR activities including hiring, training, performance management, and compensation
  • Manage employee relations and workplace compliance
  • Develop and monitor staffing plans
