The role of a SONIC Drive-In General Manager is a highly responsible position, serving as the highest managerial authority within the drive-in. This leadership role requires overseeing all facets of daily operations to ensure that every guest enjoys quality food served promptly in a welcoming environment. The General Manager is accountable for not only meeting but exceeding profit and loss expectations, driving sales growth, and enforcing strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This position demands a dynamic leader with the ability to hire, train, and develop a dedicated team committed to delivering the SuperSONIC experience.

In this capacity, the General Manager demonstrates a leadership style characterized by fairness, firmness, and fun, leading by example to inspire and motivate their team.   • Prior management experience restaurant or retail industry highly preferred

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally and personally
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accordingly
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays
