Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years previous General Manager experience required for external candidates
- 1+ years experience as a Fazoli's Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts
- Flexibility to transfer and assist at other locations
- Ability to lead manage and develop a team
- Strong business acumen and operational knowledge
- Commitment to integrity and excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
- Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
- 1+ years experience as a successful Assistant General Manager at Fazoli's for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations as business needs arise
