The role of General Manager at Checkers & Rally's is a dynamic leadership position that involves full responsibility for managing the overall operations of a restaurant. The General Manager is pivotal to achieving the restaurant’s budgeted sales and profit goals by managing all aspects of the profit and loss statement (P&L). This includes analyzing data continually to identify ways to improve sales, profitability, service quality, and operational efficiency.
