Golden Corral provides an excellent working atmosphere with a clearly defined training program designed to equip managers with the skills they need to excel. The organization places a strong emphasis on bonuses paid monthly as a way to recognize and reward performance. Additionally, the position offers robust employee benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with eligibility starting the first day of the month after 60 days of employment. The 401K plan includes a company match and enrollment opportunities begin upon hire.

The restaurant team dynamic is highly valued; free meals during shifts and an employee referral program are examples of the ways Great Western Restaurants encourages team spirit and loyalty. The company’s philosophy appreciates the traits of talent, focus, commitment, and passion in its managers, understanding that success in this role depends heavily on these qualities. With a clear path for career growth, Golden Corral presents a unique opportunity in the casual dining sector to grow within one of the best chain restaurant companies in the country.

This role at Golden Corral offers the chance to lead a team, implement effective managerial strategies, and make meaningful contributions to guest satisfaction and financial success.
