We are currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead one of our fast-food locations. This is a high-energy role perfect for dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for the food and hospitality industry. The RGM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operation, including managing people, business performance, and overall customer satisfaction. This role demands a leader who excels at building and inspiring teams, creating a culture where employees are motivated and customers feel valued and appreciated. The successful candidate will exercise hands-on leadership to effectively coach staff, manage budgets, optimize workflows, and analyze business metrics. Working closely with team members, the RGM fosters teamwork, implements daily coaching and feedback, and ensures training and development opportunities that promote career growth.

  • Minimum of 2 plus years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and or related field
  • Preferred ServSafe Certification with assistance and education provided if not certified
