This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain known for its Tex-Mex inspired menu. However, it's important to understand that this position is with an independent franchisee and not Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates. Franchisees operate as independent business owners with the autonomy to set their own wage and benefit programs, which may vary from one franchisee to another. As such, the franchisee will be your sole employer if hired.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience managing a team
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work approximately 50 hours weekly
