Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years in food service with at least 2 years in a management role
  • 2 plus years of experience leading drive-thru restaurant operations
  • Experience running high-volume restaurant operations
  • Strong financial operational and leadership skills
  • Experience with hiring training and performance management

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop coach and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen including P and L management labor modeling and cost control
  • Ability to balance hands-on floor leadership with strategic planning and administration
  • Data-driven organized and skilled at prioritizing across multiple operational areas
  • Effective communicator who builds trust and models Teds values
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand consistency

Job Duties

  • Own restaurant staffing and lead all hiring efforts
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle including onboarding performance management and development
  • Train and coach Shift Supervisors through weekly 1 to 1s and quarterly development conversations
  • Foster a culture of trust accountability and inclusion aligned with Teds values
  • Build a strong diverse talent pipeline and identify future leaders
  • Manage inventory ordering pars and waste to maintain cost control
  • Ensure food safety quality sanitation and equipment standards are consistently met
