Job Requirements
- 3 plus years in food service with at least 2 years in a management role
- 2 plus years of experience leading drive-thru restaurant operations
- Experience running high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong financial operational and leadership skills
- Experience with hiring training and performance management
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to develop coach and lead high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen including P and L management labor modeling and cost control
- Ability to balance hands-on floor leadership with strategic planning and administration
- Data-driven organized and skilled at prioritizing across multiple operational areas
- Effective communicator who builds trust and models Teds values
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand consistency
Job Duties
- Own restaurant staffing and lead all hiring efforts
- Lead the full employee lifecycle including onboarding performance management and development
- Train and coach Shift Supervisors through weekly 1 to 1s and quarterly development conversations
- Foster a culture of trust accountability and inclusion aligned with Teds values
- Build a strong diverse talent pipeline and identify future leaders
- Manage inventory ordering pars and waste to maintain cost control
- Ensure food safety quality sanitation and equipment standards are consistently met
