The General Manager role at Fazoli's is a leadership position charged with the ultimate responsibility for the success of the restaurant. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a high-performing team of associates, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service in line with Fazoli's core values. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 3 or more years of General Manager experience for external candidates
- 1 or more years of successful Assistant General Manager experience for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- For external candidates 3 or more years of General Manager experience
- Casual dining or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
- For internal candidates 1 or more years as a successful Fazoli's Assistant General Manager
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed
Job Duties
- Recruit select hire train develop and retain a high-performing team of associates
- Lead by example treating all individuals with dignity and respect
- Oversee restaurant operations including guest service sales marketing human resources supply chain administration and facilities maintenance
- Execute Fazoli's policies systems and processes to maintain brand standards
- Foster a team-oriented environment promoting collaboration and excellence
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure daily operational goals meet or exceed expectations
- Manage financial performance and profitability of the restaurant
