This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an independent business owner operating under the Taco Bell brand but separate from Taco Bell Corporation and its affiliates. Franchisees operate their own establishments and are responsible for setting wages and benefits independently. Therefore, if hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not the Taco Bell Corporation. Taco Bell is a well-known fast-food chain specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine, including tacos, burritos, and other quick-service menu items. Franchisees uphold the brand's reputation by ensuring that quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality are maintained to a high standard. The atmosphere at a Taco Bell franchise is geared towards delivering fast, efficient, and friendly service to guests in a casual dining environment.

The role available is a Restaurant Manager position tasked with overseeing the orderly and efficient functioning of the assigned restaurant. The primary responsibility of the manager is to ensure adherence to the CHAMPS philosophy—quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality—and to follow the Taco Bell LAST system, which governs operational consistency and performance standards. This management role involves comprehensive engagement with all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer satisfaction, employee supervision, inventory control, budget assistance, and ensuring safety standards within the restaurant environment.

The Restaurant Manager position requires a strong background in food service and restaurant management, making it ideal for individuals who possess leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of the fast-food industry. Job Duties

  • Acknowledge and speak to customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Report any needed equipment and/or facilities repair to the Maintenance Department
