Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work 50+ hours weekly including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of financial controls and operational procedures
- Ability to provide training and development
- Customer-focused mindset
- Compliance with state and federal labor laws
- Ability to handle employee relations and performance appraisals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred

Job Duties
- Ability to work a 50+ hour work week including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Frequent contact with the general public, business, and community organizations to improve public relations
- Communicate with outside purveyors about quality supplies and equipment repairs
- Maintain staffing levels through effective hiring and scheduling in compliance with labor laws
- Supervise staff to ensure prompt, courteous service and adherence to quality, sanitation, and maintenance standards
- Provide on-the-job training to crew employees using company training tools
- Implement and execute restaurant-level financial controls including petty cash, profit and loss statements, deposits, payroll, and budgeting
- Order supplies and maintain accountability for materials received
- Receive and tactfully resolve customer complaints
- Appraise subordinate performance and recognize job achievements
- Prepare sales and expense projections for profit objectives
- Exercise sound judgment in employee relations including evaluations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- Complete and maintain internal records and required reports
- Train and develop Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
