Unlike working directly for Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates, the franchisee operates as an independent business owner who sets their own wage and benefits programs, which can vary among different franchise locations. The Taco Bell brand is recognized globally for offering a variety of Mexican-inspired food items, including tacos, burritos, and nachos, in a fast and friendly environment. Working with a franchisee means that you are employed directly by the business owner who manages and operates the restaurant independently from Taco Bell Corporate.
The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager role is a pivotal leadership position that demands strong management skills combined with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As the leader of the team, you will set the tone for the work environment and influence the level of hospitality experienced by every customer who visits the restaurant. You will oversee the daily operations of the entire restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and driving financial success.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- must pass background check
- must have reliable transportation
- able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop for 80 percent of shift
- able to clean restaurant and surrounding grounds
- basic business math and accounting skills
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience
- high school diploma or ged
