Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

- Proven experience managing a $1 million plus business or restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Recruit select hire train develop and retain high performance associates
- Lead by example and maintain a respectful inclusive work environment
- Execute company policies systems and processes with integrity and excellence
- Manage daily restaurant operations including guest service sales marketing human resources supply chain and facilities maintenance
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff to achieve business goals
