Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent guest service orientation
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

  • Proven experience managing a $1 million plus business or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit select hire train develop and retain high performance associates
