Job Description

The Restaurant General Manager position is an exciting leadership role within a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will work approximately 50 hours per week, with 40 hours compensated at a regular rate and an additional 10 hours paid at time and a half. Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
